Charitable Assistance

We provide rental assistance and scholarships for residents of LIHTC housing, helping them achieve housing stability.

Community Support

Beyond housing, we connect residents with essential supportive services to enhance housing stability and improve quality of life.

The Corporation is organized to operate exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3); and within that purpose to carry on programs that (i) provide rental assistance or educational assistance for individuals and/or families residing in low income housing in the United States; (ii) provide affordable housing, community development, and related supportive services for low and moderate income persons; and (iii) provide relief for the poor and distressed.
