Dan Winters is a Managing Partner at Hill Tide Partners, LLC. Dan is responsible for overseeing partnerships in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest and has over 14 years of LIHTC acquisitions experience. Previously, Dan was responsible for originations and acquisitions for two nationally recognized tax credit syndicators, one for eight years in the Midwest and one for six years in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas. Dan received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Bob Long is a Managing Partner at Hill Tide Partners, LLC. Bob is responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships in the Southeast and Texas. He has more than 18 years of real estate acquisitions and management experience, including more than 14 years of LIHTC acquisitions and closing responsibilities. Prior to founding Hill Tide Partners, Bob worked for two nationally recognized tax credit syndicators, a leading global consulting firm, and a national multifamily REIT. Bob received both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.

Charlie has been active in the industry for 15 years and brings an extensive construction management background. Prior to forming South Creek, he began his multifamily career as a Superintendent for John Kavanagh Homes before joining Weavercooke Construction, where he served as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and ultimately Vice President of Weaver-Kirkland Development. He has originated over 800 units across Georgia and the Carolinas and leverages his expertise in affordable financing structures and construction to ensure successful developments. Charlie resides in Greensboro, NC with his wife, Kelly, and their three daughters.

Adrian Iglesias, President and Founder of Generation Housing Development, offers over 19 years of specialized experience in Multifamily Residential Development. Adrian has originated 4,000 units throughout Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Illinois, and Indiana with total development costs exceeding $385,000,000. Adrian utilizes his knowledge of financing structures such as LIHTC, HUD, TCAP, USDA as well as federal grants, state subsidies and partnerships to successfully procure these developments. Adrian manages his projects from concept to completion with careful collaboration.

Mr. Waterfield started Timshel Development after nine years serving as Director of Business Reporting for an Orlando based Multifamily Management Company. In this capacity, Mr. Waterfield oversaw all financial and operational reporting for an Affordable Management Company consisting of over 150 communities and in excess of 30,000 units nationwide. Mr. Waterfield earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from Rollins College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Steve LeClere is a Partner, LIHTC at Monarch Private Capital, where he helps guide the strategy and execution of the firm’s LIHTC development investments and advises on transaction structuring. He has 10 years of experience in affordable housing finance and development, including prior service as a Consulting Principal with Tidwell Group. Steve also spent over seven years in acquisitions at a national LIHTC syndication firm, where he sourced, structured, and closed LIHTC investments and was directly involved in closing over $500M in transactions. He holds a JD from Indiana University and a BS in Economics from Penn State University and is a member of the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers.

Jon brings over 25 years of real estate experience spanning project development, loan origination, and the structuring of complex commercial transactions. Over his career, he has been involved in financing more than $2 billion in residential and multifamily real estate. Prior to joining BWE, Jon served as Senior Vice President at Hunt Mortgage Group, where he focused on debt placement for multifamily, affordable housing, and healthcare communities across the southeastern U.S. Earlier in his career, Jon was Executive Vice President at BSR Trust (formerly Summit Housing Partners), where he helped grow the portfolio from 5 properties in Alabama to 87 properties across nine states totaling nearly 13,500 units.
